Job Purpose

Capture and disseminate customer needs through close contact with each of the Customer Services. Communicate their requirements by creating, coordinating and managing production plans that ensure the timely supply of all materials used in the line, in order to avoid production stoppages and late deliveries to customers, ensuring that they comply with the internal requirements of the customer, the Corporate and the IATF 16949 Standard,   ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Report the requirements of your production lines to the entire organization on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

• Keep Customer Service informed about the status of your requirements.

• Validate the correct loading of orders and their EDI 866/862 status in Oracle system (Open Orders).

• Analyze the requirement in the production lines, in order to timely identify any modification (increase or decrease) that may affect the on-time delivery of orders.

• Optimal preparation of the production plan in each production line/area.

• Development of production programs for peripheral areas (Mazak, Toyodas and Cortadora)

• Delivery of updated production programs in each production line/area with its respective stationery to the different departments with the support of the auxiliaries.

• Balancing of the level of production loads in the different compatible production lines.
