Job Title: TikTok Shop & Creator Commerce Manager (Hybrid) Location: Hybrid Central London office near Tower Hill)   Description PetLab Co. is the world leader in the DTC pet supplement market, 9-figure revenue, profitable and rapidly growing globally. We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Lead to supercharge our creator commerce efforts on TikTok Shop. Since launching our US TikTok Shop at the end of 2024, we’ve seen phenomenal growth - generating over £1 million in GMV and building out a group of engaged creator communities in our space. This role is all about taking that momentum and scaling it further as a revenue-driving machine. This is not traditional influencer marketing. It's performance-first, commercially focused, and accountable to real sales. You'll design and lead a high-performing TikTok Shop strategy, built on high-volume content production, creative iteration, and continuous performance optimization. You’ll identify top-performing creative formats, develop revenue-led briefs, and scale creator challenges and incentives that move the needle. Collaboration is key - you’ll work cross-functionally with creative, paid media, and agencies to maximise performance and own the growth of TikTok Shop at PetLabCo.

Who Will You Report Into? Hi, I’m Forest, VP of Marketing at PetLab Co. Since launching our TikTok Shop, we’ve generated over £1M in GMV and built an incredibly promising growth channel - now we need someone to take full ownership and scale it. This role is critical to our strategy going forward. You'll work directly with me to grow our US TikTok Shop into one of our most important acquisition and revenue channels. We're looking for a hustler with a performance mindset who’s obsessed with content that sells, experienced working with creators, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile • Proven experience growing and driving significant results for TikTok shop  • Proven experience leading performance-driven creator communities (ideally for TikTok Shop) • Experience managing large-scale creator content pipelines (e.g., thousands of assets/month). • A strong creative strategist with a deep understanding of what makes TikTok Shop content convert. • Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, its mechanics, and its creator ecosystem. • Commercially focused and data-literate — understands GMV, ROAS, CPA, and how to optimise against them. • Exceptional communicator and highly organised — comfortable briefing, motivating, and managing creators at scale. • Fluency in Spanish is a massive plus

Responsibilities Breakdown • 50% – Creator Community Building & Management:  Scale and lead our TikTok Shop creator network. Launch challenges, foster engagement, and build daily relationships that drive high-quality content. • 30% – Creative Strategy & Briefing:  Develop and refine performance-first creative briefs based on top-performing formats and trends across TikTok Shop and relevant channels. • 10% – Performance Analysis & Iteration:  Use content, shop, and paid performance data to drive creative iteration and campaign improvement. • 10% – Platform & Agency Oversight:  Manage agency partners and collaborate with TikTok Shop and internal teams to enhance performance.
