Selected candidate will join a formidable team of passionate marketeers, community managers, creatives, writers and content creators/curators. Tasked with owning and growing our B2C clients' TikTok presence through native, high-performing content that builds brand relevance and drives business outcomes.
Responsibilities • Develop a TikTok-first content strategy aligned with brand values and market-specific culture. • Identify trends, formats, and sounds early and adapt them for the brand. • Ideate, script, and brief TikTok campaigns, working with creators, editors, and in-house colleagues to produce cutting edge content. • Optimise hooks, captions, hashtags, and posting times as part of a consistent posting cadence. • Monitor performance and iterate based on insights. Run structured content experiments. • Weekly and monthly channel reports with clear learnings and recommendations, delivering against KPI framework to include key metrics for views & reach, average watch time, follower growth, engagement (shares, saves, comments), and brand conversion KPIs. • Build communities of influencers and recruit a brand squad, jumping on trends, curating grass roots hype accounts, while sourcing and managing UGC campaigns.
