Tire Press Operator

Job Duties

Set up, adjust, and operate tire press to press tires and hubs together according to standard work instructions
Inspect parts to print and standard work specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (5S).
Comply with all applicable occupational Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, as well as Crown’s safety rules and regulations for each task performed. To prevent the risk of injury, report unsafe conditions and do not perform unsafe acts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Read routings, know basic math (including fractions and decimals), basic computer skills, read, remember, observe and problem solve.
Must be able to multi-task.
Perform same basic tasks every day and follow well established procedures.
Work according to daily standard instructions.
