Title:  Field Force Supervisor

Job Summary/Main Purpose

 

To lead, influence and encourage sales team to achieve agreed sales goal and market share through attract, develop, motivate and retain a workforce, while maintaining the company’s image according to the company policies and professional ethics.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • To develop productive workplace environment.
  • Shaping team vision aligns with company vision and influence team mobilization toward setting gaols.
  • To meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets, timescales and resource. (Sales volume, Market share, Sales Growth, Market expenses, Free medical sample and Human capital investment)
  • Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets.
  • Attract, develop and retain talented Medical Representatives.
  • Coach and develop team member’s skills and performance.
  • Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
  • To conduct quarterly performance review for direct report Medical Representatives including with performance development plan.
  • To conduct annual performance appraisal report for direct report Medical Representatives.
  • Work closely with KOL’s customers building strategic partnership for mutual benefit.
  • Preparing monthly cycle plan; team visit plan, promotional message, promotional tools, customer – centric activities.
  • To ensure sales team executes well-planned sales calls and achieved agreed daily sales call plans covering assigned territory (No. of sales call, converge and frequency)
  • Work closely with marketing and supportive team to develop & execute sales tactics, tools and promotional materials.
  • Ensure territorial sales tactics are aligned with the core brand strategy provided by marketing department.
  • Manage records system; daily reports, customer profile & marketing feedback reports.
  • Stay abreast of market and competitor dynamics, providing regular feedback reports to management.
  • Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
  • Regularly attending company meetings as per direct manager instruction.
  • Submitting weekly & monthly reports to direct manager as per country reporting system.
  • Ongoing prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Effective communication with colleagues and relevant members of other teams, in order to understand, maximize and drive line achievement.
  • Build desired skills, knowledge and attitude in coordination with direct coach.
