Title:  Manager, Electronic Engineering

Responsibility:

1. AC/DC OR DC/DC PSU design, involved in magnetic, circuit and part optimization and improvement, tracking the new technology trend.
2. Explore/Investigate/apply new technology / components/tools
3. Taking the leadership for power supply design team, communicating with customer, factory and suppliers independently to solve the project issues.
4. Solve the design issues.
5. Technical training to the subordinate.
6. Cost sensitive for product design.
7. Managing project design team, leading the team member and improving whole team’s performance.
8. Handles design projects, ensures quality ,cost and on time deliverables
9. RFQ Handling
10. Provide technical support and design review for department
11. Know well about concept of digital control and automatic control principle

Requirement:

1. College Degree in Electrical/Power Electronic Engineering and above
2. Minimum 10 years design experience in power electronic products
3. Good command of English
4. Good communication skills
5. Has the experience leading the design team.
