• Diploma or degree in Textile, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of merchandising experience in soft home textiles.
• Good knowledge of bedding, cushion, blanket, fabric, construction, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Manage product development from sampling to final shipment.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, design, production, quality, and logistics teams.
• Prepare product costings, quotations, specifications, and order trackers.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, fabric, trims, packaging, and production timelines.
• Ensure products meet buyer requirements, quality standards, target costs, and delivery dates.
