◇ Role& Responsibilities

1. Quality and Food Safety System
- Establish and maintain risk assessment, processes, standard work and effectiveness metrics for core quality processes in alignment with customer and regulatory requirements as well as FSSC 22000, HACCP and Mars Snacking requirements
- Conduct, report and follow up on internal audit in accordance with FSSC 22000, HACCP and 7core program
- Ensure QMS documents are updated based on the annual review and corporate changes.
- Develop and maintain SOP related to quality and food safety.
- Plan and perform food safety and quality training to enhance awareness of food safety and quality for all associates
- Lead continuous improvement as related to Quality and Food Safety.
- Manage Food defense & Food fraud system
- Manage E-approval system regarding Quality & Food Safety system.

2. Quality parameters and Process Control
- Update posting Production Formula 
- Update CTPs and CTQs on SOC

3. Traceability & Recall Program
- Follow up the food safety incidents
- Trace and check the issue of process via the production recorder in which might contain the issues.
- Exercise the traceability and the mock recall 
- Support hold and release of in-process, WIP finished product and raw materials. 

4. Audit 
- Arrange the schedule for Quality and food safety audit with relevant agency (FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL etc.)
- Support and coordinate audit with auditees and cross function.
- Make plans for corrective action with cross function and follow up the status of progress status.

◇ Specific Skill / Knowledge Requirement for this Position

1. Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor''s degree or higher
- Major: Food Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or relevant major is required
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience with relevant experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Responsible work attitude
- Strong communication skills

2. Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications related to quality control or food safety
- Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
