Description: 

• Assists the Master Operator in the assembly, dismantling, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment.

• Performs Pre-Operative and Post-Operative checks based on the established checklist to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of machines.

• Records and monitors machine standard parameters and process parameters using Production Monitoring Sheets.

• Conducts processing of products in accordance to In-Process Specifications.

• Conducts inventory checks of raw materials, tools, and loose items before and after operations.

• Receives, inspects, and verifies raw materials and operating supplies issued to the production line.

• Assists in operational activities across other production lines as required.

• Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior in line with qualifications and skill level.
