Trade Marketing Executive - A

-Ensure high forecast accuracy through review, simulate and finalize annual sales forecast with supplier and monthly forecast rolling adjustment with alignment of concerned department.
-Finalize annual sales target through conducting in depth analysis for market history, brand performance and Promotional activities, coverage, distribution, visibility status and year plan.
-Breakdown and communicate sales target by (brand, region, channel, top accounts) and ensure monthly brands’ target achievement through proactive follow through with the sales team on a daily basis.
-Ensure annual Marketing and Promotional activities and budget are in line with sales target plans and based on supplier(s) working model.
-Ensure Effective execution of quarterly/monthly Marketing & Promotional activities through on time communication and follow through with the sales team.
-Track budget, market, activity execution and provide and In-store Competitiveness and report activities recommendation.
-Ensure expiry amounts will not exceed the provisioned amount either in trade or at Tamer warehouse by Monitoring Stock identification and Identify low-risk & high-risk stocks.
-Prepare a plan to list new products by channel, number of SKU’s, and by customer, ensure, and report proper execution with sales team.
-Ensure proper execution and reporting for Point of Sales Material (POSM) from Tamer Warehouse to the trade as per the agreed allocation.
-Prepare and communicate with suppliers expected month closing , Monthly letter with Month and YTD brand performance with key market insights in addition to Next month and YTG plan.
-Conduct required Analysis related to brand performance, ROI analysis, Market, Customers Etc., and convert opportunities from data analysis outcome into an action plan.
-Design and Execute a monthly visit plan as per visit guideline for branch, Market, & Customer along with visit agenda and visit outcome reports.
