The primary responsibility of a Trade Marketing Executive is to drive brand visibility and sales growth through effective 
trade marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize promotions and retail partnerships.
This role will consistently demonstrate and represent the Ego values and spirit to our external partners and internal workforce.

 

In particular, the Trade Marketing Lead is responsible for the achievement of:

 

Sales Targets & Market Share

  • To provide support to Sales and Marketing to deliver and exceed the annual assigned target by brand.

  • To develop the annual strategic and quarterly trade marketing plans and collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales opportunities from the channels.

  • To ensure market share growth from AC Nielsen bi-annual report

  • Lead trade marketing plans aligning to marketing and business objectives

  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to plan, implement and execute marketing and trade promotion

  • Oversee promotional campaigns and trade events to fulfil account needs and enhance sales outcomes

  • Track and ensure ROI delivery and promo effectiveness to optimize trade plans and sales growth
