Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business analysis. You will work closely with senior analysts, product managers, and cross-functional teams to learn how to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

As a trainee, you will undergo structured training while progressively taking on hands-on responsibilities, including:

Requirement Gathering: Assist in collaborating with stakeholders to understand, gather, and document business requirements.
Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
Documentation: Help create clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process flowcharts.
Testing Support: Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final solution meets business needs.
Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards or regular reports to track project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Recent graduates are welcome to apply).

Technical & Hard Skills (Familiarity or willingness to learn):

Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) or Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
