We are looking forward to meeting with you! The purpose of the Training Specialist role is to support the delivery and improvement of training programs for various processes. This includes staying informed about process updates, identifying training needs, preparing materials, and guiding new employees until they are integrated into their respective teams. The role contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of training initiatives while ensuring alignment with company policies and industry trends.
Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth training on operational processes, utilizing provided materials to ensure all team members maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. • Customize training programs to accommodate various learning styles and address the specific needs of each trainee, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes. • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires by ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and their specific roles, helping them integrate seamlessly into the team culture. • Address and resolve any challenges or issues new team members face during their initial period, offering proactive solutions and mentoring to ensure their successful integration. • Stay updated on new training materials, process changes, and any improvements to operational workflows that affect the training content. • Work closely with team leads and department heads to understand specific team needs and customize training sessions that address particular challenges or objectives unique to each team. • Working collaboratively with the Global Knowledge Management Team to ensure that training content remains consistent, relevant, and aligned with global standards. • Continuously monitor trends, updates, and best practices related to UGC claiming processes on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, ensuring training materials are current and relevant. • Regularly seek out opportunities to improve training content, delivery methods, and resources, striving for continuous improvement in training effectiveness and participant satisfaction. • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required to contribute to the department’s success.
