We are hiring for a Travel Advisor III for North America, based out of our US Head Office located in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is 100% in office.

This senior, highly skilled role is responsible for delivering premium, white-glove travel services to C-suite executives and senior leaders supporting LodgeLink corporate clients.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned corporate travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced, executive-support environment. You are trusted by senior leaders, confident in managing complex and high-risk itineraries, and known for your discretion, precision, and calm approach under pressure. You take pride in delivering a premium, white-glove travel experience and are motivated by accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. You are equally comfortable executing flawlessly today while contributing to smarter, more standardized travel processes for the future.

This in-office role reports to the Travel Department Team Lead, with an indirect reporting line to the GM, Spencer Corporate Travel, North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end‑to‑end travel management for executive and VIP travelers, including complex domestic and international itineraries
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to  clients by proactively anticipating needs and offering strategic travel solutions
  • Expertly manage all air customer requested air ticketing with a strong understanding of First Class and Business Class air travel, including fare construction, ticketing rules, exchanges, and refunds
  • Handle same‑day changes, irregular operations (IROPs), and time‑critical requests with confidence and accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to client travel policies, programs, supplier agreements, duty of care, and service standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when supporting senior leadership and sensitive travel needs
  • Collaborate as a proactive member of the team collaborate in developing process standardization, process-building, and technology considerations in support of the company’s goals and mission.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Willingness and ability to provide after‑hours, weekend, and holiday support as required by executive travelers and client service level agreements.
  • Availability to support urgent travel disruptions and last‑minute changes outside of standard business hours.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced, hands‑on proficiency in Sabre GDS (air, hotel, car, ticketing, exchanges, refunds)
  • Strong working knowledge of international fares and premium cabin ticketing rules and requirements
  • Proven experience supporting C‑suite, executive, or VIP travelers in a corporate travel environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Highly proactive, requiring minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Meet or exceed SLA targets for response time, turnaround time, and first‑contact resolution
  • Maintain high traveler satisfaction scores and service quality ratings
  • Achieve ticketing accuracy and QC compliance standards
  • Demonstrate consistent policy compliance and cost‑effective decision‑making
