Monday - Friday (4 hours per day)

 

$43.88 to $47.06  Hourly  + 13% super

Join our team as a Treasury Support Officer

 

Are you passionate about working with financial systems and supporting essential banking and treasury operations? Do you enjoy working to daily deadlines and have a keen eye for detail? If so, we invite you to apply for this part time Treasury Support Officer position at Redland City Council.

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Supporting daily banking and treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, reconciliations, and processing payments
  • Investigating and resolving banking, system and reconciliation issues in collaboration with internal teams and external banking partners
  • Assisting with continuous improvement of banking systems, processes and procedures
  • Ensuring all activities comply with Council policies, procedures and guidelines

 

 

Skills and experience:

 

  • High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in time-critical environments
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet daily banking timeframes
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Experience in banking, treasury, finance or financial administration (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
