Job Summary

Responsible for the following functions for Receiving Agency and Stock Transfer and Dividend Paying Agency:

Key Responsibilities:

• Attends to account opening and completion/submission of documentary requirements
• Monitors payments received from various investors and preparation of sales reports
• Manual processing of subscriptions during initial and Secondary Public Offerings, Stock Rights, Stock Conversion and Tender Offers
• Checking, filing and maintenance of account opening documentary requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Accounting / Finance related course graduate
• With work related experience, familiarity with securities and equities market
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
