External Job Description

We seek a UI/UX Designer with strong design thinking, exceptional visual aesthetics, and expertise in creating intuitive digital experiences.

Primary Skills: UI/UX Design, Figma, Design Systems, Wireframing & Prototyping, User-Centered Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design.


Secondary Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, AI Design Tools (Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT), Banner & Marketing Creative Design, Basic Motion Graphics (GIF). 

 

Key Responsibilities in Visual Communication and Graphic Design: 

  • Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Conduct UX research and translate insights into design improvements.
  • Ensure visual consistency across digital touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, generate concepts, and enhance productivity.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.

 

Key Performance Indicators:
1. Timely and high-quality design execution.
2. Bringing innovative concepts to visual communication that align with brand standards and
business goals.
3. Consistency in adhering to brand guidelines across all projects.
4. Engagement metrics for visual content on digital platforms.
5. Feedback scores from team members and stakeholders on design effectiveness.
6. Number of design revisions required per project, aiming for minimal adjustments.

 

Qualifications:
Preference for candidates with formal design education, from reputed institutions like National
Institute of Design, IDC, etc. UI/UX or Product Design certification is a plus and Strong UI/UX
and visual design portfolio.

Previous Experience:
. 3-4 years in UI/UX or Digital Product Design.
. Deep knowledge of visual communication design principles, Responsive UI, Design systems.
. Skilled in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and generative Al tools for design.
. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
