UX Architect / Digital Product Designer (part-time or freelance)

  Your mission at WorkNomads:  • Define, establish and evolve UX strategy and long-term product experience vision  • Develop strong digital concepts rooted in UX, UI, and brand thinking  • Translate brand strategy, identity, and visual systems into distinctive digital experiences across product, web, and other interactive touchpoints  • Design from early concepts and prototypes through to final UI and interaction details  • Integrate UX, UI, accessibility, and content into cohesive, exceptional product experiences  • Translate user insights into structured product requirements and tangible design outcomes   • Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, designers, engineering, and marketing to move work forward  • Work with project managers on product roadmaps and delivery, driving user research and insights    • Design and map user journeys and retention flows  • Develop wireframes and scalable UI systems through to detailed design execution  • Keep a pulse on emerging trends and reports relevant across diverse clients and industries
