Position Summary: The Diagnostic sonographer utilizes high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques for medical diagnosis.

Other Duties: 1. Travel for this position is sometimes required. 2. Maintain inventory of department. 3. Demonstrates willingness to accept non‐routine work assignments, as appropriate. 4. QC’s all images and patient information in the Radiology system. 5. It is understood that this description is not intended to be all‐inclusive and that other duties may be assigned as necessary in the performance of this position. 6.  Obtains sterile instruments, as needed, may clean and re‐sterilize them as needed.
