Undergraduate Program Coordinator

• Advising undergraduate students on degree requirements, policies, curriculum, admissions, and course-related questions • Coordinating undergraduate and graduate classes within the department • Collaboratively stewarding multi-department and multi-college curricular offerings to ensure consistent implementation of academic policies • Serving as a departmental representative to college- and university-level committees, workgroups, and cross-unit curricular initiatives • Providing course and administrative support to faculty • Coordinating the undergraduate thesis review process • Supporting regular room assignments and one-off scheduling requests • Acting as the department’s primary liaison to college and university offices that support undergraduate student needs • Working collaboratively with department staff to support broader faculty and student needs • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance curricular operations, workflows, and interdepartmental coordination _This is a full-time (40 hours/week) endowed position that is based in Ithaca, NY and fully on-site. Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. _
