Apply NowYOUR ROLE AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT The Executive Assistant’s primary duty is to ensure that all stated, unstated, and anticipated needs of the clients are cared for and actioned with the highest quality, regardless of who worked on the task. You will be responsible for managing the client and their expectations, managing usage and available resources and promoting the values of MySigrid. As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to perform the following: • Build strong business relationships with your clients by ensuring high quality of work on all tasks, regardless of who worked on it. • Manage client complaints and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner. • Manage client’s usage through proper planning and setting client’s expectations. Consequently, increase usage of under-utilized accounts by working closely with the Customer Success Manager. • Ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all tasks, in compliance to Sigrid’s SOPs. • Perform daily overall health check of each clients’ account • Manage resources through proper delegation and monitoring of work quality. • Effectively manage day to day work, primarily focused on account clean-up, task resolution, and time management • Identify learning opportunities and coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to put together a recommendation for the company’s overall improvement. • Ensure the quality of work of all staff on all client-related tasks. • Ensure that the client’s preferences and information are captured and stored securely in compliance to our SOPs
