This is an opportunity to join Stockland on a 12‑month fixed term contract, based in Sydney, where you will play a meaningful role in shaping intuitive, accessible and engaging digital experiences.
Working within the Brand & Comms team, you will collaborate closely with marketing, digital and technology partners to design user‑centred solutions that support customer journeys across the Stockland website.
Your work will help ensure our digital platforms are clear, consistent and aligned to customer needs, contributing to better experiences for our communities.
We’re Looking For ….
User Experience Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging and human‑centred digital experiences across the Stockland website.
What You’ll Do
As a User Experience Designer, you will play a key role within the Brand & Comms team, creating compelling, user‑centred experiences that support Stockland’s digital presence and customer journeys.
This 12‑month contract role, based in Sydney, exists to strengthen our UX capability and ensure our digital platforms are intuitive, accessible and aligned to customer needs. You will translate insights from user research and behavioural design into thoughtful, high‑quality UX outcomes that make a real impact.
Key focus areas include user research, journey analysis, information architecture, interaction design and visual design, working closely with marketing, digital and technology teams.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Demonstrated experience designing user‑centred digital experiences within complex environments
- Strong capability across user research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing and iteration
- Experience delivering mobile‑first, responsive digital solutions across a range of devices
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma or similar, with basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 considered beneficial, as well as working with, and evolving, design systems.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, intuitive and accessible user experiences
