VAN Sales Clerk

Job Summary The Vansales Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory on Vansales trucks through routine and random stock counts, as well as supporting the timely processing of credit notes related to Vansales operations. Duties & Responsibilities • Conduct morning selected item counts and/or snap counts on designated Vansales trucks to verify inventory accuracy. • Perform random Vansales stock counts in the evening to ensure compliance with inventory control procedures. • Investigate and report any discrepancies identified during counts, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. • Process an agreed number of Vansales-related credit notes accurately and within required timelines. • Maintain proper records of all counts conducted and adjustments made. • Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve inventory issues efficiently. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding inventory control and reporting.
