Role Overview Neo Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a VIP Account Manager. As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our French-speaking VIP customers What we expect from you: • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, while providing exceptional service and support. • Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. • Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty. • Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards. • Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention. • Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.
