Role OverviewThe VIP Account Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with high-value customers, ensuring exceptional service and personalized support. They proactively engage with VIPs to understand their preferences and deliver tailored experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they curate exclusive events, promotions, and rewards. Through data analysis and strategic insight, they enhance engagement and retention across the VIP portfolio. What We Expect From You: • Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. • Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. • Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty. • Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards. • Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention. • Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.
