VP Sustainability

Full Time: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice President - Sustainability to join the Team in Derby, Bristol or London.  This is a Senior Leadership and Delivery role reporting to the Senior Vice President - Sustainability. The Vice President - Sustainability is part of a global, multi-functional and passionate team, which is working at pace to identify, protect and create sustainability value to deliver Rolls-Royce’s vision and strategy. This role is responsible for developing and operationalising global Rolls-Royce sustainability strategy, leading Rolls-Royce sustainability risk management (including climate risk scenario analysis), supporting broader disclosure and regulatory compliance activities and acting as a Sustainability Lead for Civil Aerospace. The Vice President - Sustainability will represent Rolls-Royce internally and externally, including representing on external working groups and interfacing with senior stakeholders across strategic environmental issues.  The VP Sustainability role will report into the SVP Sustainability as part of the Rolls-Royce global Government Relations and Sustainability team.

Lead Rolls-Royce sustainability climate risk management and analysis: • Act as secretary for the Rolls-Royce Sustainability Risk Review • Lead and deliver annual climate‑related scenario analyses to inform strategy and deliver disclosure requirements, including principal risk management. • Work with General Counsel and compliance teams to ensure adherence to global sustainability regulations.
