Our client is currently seeking a VP of Engineering who will help scale the company's technology organization, drive architectural evolution, strengthen engineering culture, and serve as a trusted partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities• Partner with the CTO to define and execute the company's technology strategy • Lead an engineering organization of 300+ professionals (15 direct reports), while scaling and optimizing processes • Ensure the right balance between delivery speed and solution quality • Drive the adoption of best practices in software architecture and engineering excellence • Oversee the reliability, security, and scalability of the platform • Contribute to product roadmap planning and technical risk assessment • Recruit, develop, and mentor engineering leaders
