We're looking for a VP of Growth to own our growth function end-to-end and build the engine that takes us to the next stage. This is a growth-first leadership role, but not a strategy-only seat. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll set the growth strategy and then roll up your sleeves to build, ship and scale it yourself before growing a team around what works. You'll own the full funnel across Europe, MENA and the US: how prospects find us, how they convert, and how we build a brand that compliance leaders trust. We move fast, we ship often, and we don't wait for perfect, we iterate toward it. 📋 What You'll Be Doing • Own growth, 360°. Build and scale the full growth engine across inbound, outbound support, paid, SEO, content, email, events, web and lifecycle. Pipeline, CAC, LTV and funnel conversion are your scoreboards. • Run inbound. Turn organic content, SEO, GEO and the website into a compounding lead-gen channel. Own the blog, landing pages, gated assets (whitepapers, reports, guides) and conversion paths. • Drive demand. Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across Europe, MENA and the US. • Own lead generation. Own MQL volume and quality, activation and MQL to SQL conversion, and lifecycle nurture that keeps the funnel moving. • Build the brand. Define how we look, sound and feel. In B2B, brand is the quietest but most powerful growth lever, and you'll own it. • Publish thought leadership. Whitepapers, research reports, blogs, case studies and LinkedIn content, engineered to rank, convert and earn trust in a regulated buyer's world. • Plan events and webinars. Build industry events, regional roundtables and webinars that generate pipeline and build authority with compliance leaders. • Support GTM and sales. Partner closely with sales on ICP, messaging and target-account plays. Feed the pipeline, align on handoffs and make sure every MQL has the best possible shot at converting. • Run experiments. Design, launch and measure growth experiments weekly. Double down on what works, kill what doesn't, move on. • Track the market and competition. Run continuous competitor analysis (positioning, pricing, messaging, content, paid plays, share of voice, product moves) and translate insights into sharper messaging and proactive plays that win deals. • Measure everything. Stand up the reporting, dashboards and attribution to know exactly what's driving pipeline, and act on it fast. • Build the team. Start hands-on, then hire and grow a marketing team as pipeline scales.
