Join our Leadership Team as the VP of Marketing, where you will lead RentVision’s marketing strategy, elevate our brand, and drive growth across new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and hold the marketing team accountable for performance, priorities, and execution across all marketing functions. • Own RentVision’s brand, messaging, and positioning, including market research, competitive analysis, personas, and product marketing strategy. • Oversee demand generation across paid advertising, organic social, email marketing, and website conversion optimization. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and strategic initiatives. • Work collaboratively with our VP of Client Growth to own the marketing technology stack and CRM strategy, strengthening alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Client Success. • Oversee content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, website content, and sales enablement materials. • Drive account-based marketing and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve upsell, cross-sell, and customer engagement.
Client Communication: • This role includes external communication with prospects and clients, including attending conferences, trade shows, and industry events. The VP of Marketing will serve as a brand ambassador for RentVision and may participate in speaking engagements, presentations, and client-facing marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration: • This position operates in a collaborative, in-office environment in Lincoln, Nebraska, working in the same office as the marketing team they lead, including a content writer, brand designer, senior digital advertising specialist, client education manager, and social media and events coordinator. The role also partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Client Success to ensure alignment across messaging, pipeline development, and customer growth initiatives. This position will also work closely with our CEO & COO to influence the direction of the products and services RentVision delivers to its clients. Once trained, this position will have the opportunity to work remotely on Wednesdays.
