Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $21 / hour. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

The Vendor Recovery Representative is responsible for creating invoices for vendors for services rendered.

Primary Responsibilities

Issue invoices to vendors based on billable activities
Review invoices to ensure vendors are billed accurately
Issue monthly statements
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable team to move invoices between A/R accounts and GOA accounts
Maintain prepaid account balances
Process credit memos
Communicate with branch and state-level employees concerning aged trial balances, write-offs, incorrect billings, etc.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience
Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives

Physical Demands

Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
