Role Requirements

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Group Commercial Strategy & Excellence, the Vice President, Group Commercial & Technology Enablement will lead ADNOC's commercial technology, digital transformation, analytics, and ERP strategy, ensuring technology investments deliver enterprise-wide value and support ADNOC's long-term business objectives.

• Define and govern commercial systems, processes, and technology standards across ADNOC Group.

• Lead the development and execution of the Group Commercial digital strategy, technology roadmap, and transformation agenda.

• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to enhance commercial performance.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Digital functions to optimize technology investments, business applications, and enterprise outcomes.

 

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should demonstrate:

• 18+ years of leadership experience within procurement, commercial, supply chain, or related business functions.

• Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation, ERP, business application, and analytics initiatives.

• Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

• Experience operating in large, complex, multinational organizations, preferably within energy, industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors.

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline, coupled with outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
