Job Title: Video Editor (Meta / DTC Wellness) Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST

Job Overview: We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC brand in the wellness space, hire a highly creative and conversion-minded Video Editor to produce short-form video for Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Reels). In this role, you’ll blend direct-response principles with storytelling to create thumb-stopping content that drives ROI. You’ll work with creative strategists and performance marketers to launch and iterate on ads that actually convert.

Responsibilities: • Edit and produce direct-response ad creatives for Meta platforms — Reels, Stories, feed ads, UGC-style cuts • Work with raw assets (UGC, product footage, voiceovers) to create high-converting hooks, engaging edits, and seamless CTAs • Follow and implement creative briefs, iterate quickly based on performance data • Maintain wellness-forward branding while pushing creative boundaries • Collaborate with growth teams and creative strategists to test, optimize, and scale top-performing video content
