Virtual Assistant - Appointment Setter

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in appointment setting to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: • Conduct outbound prospecting calls using Kixie and related communication tools;

• Set qualified appointments directly on the executive’s calendar; • Execute structured follow-up via phone, text, and email to confirm interest and attendance; • Pre-qualify prospects to ensure strong intent and alignment prior to booking; • Source, verify, and maintain clean, accurate lead lists; • Maintain detailed call notes and precise calendar entries; • Reduce no-shows through confirmation and reminder processes; • Communicate effectively with Sales and Operations regarding pipeline status; • Identify issues proactively and resolve them with minimal supervision;
