Virtual Assistant - Sales & Lead Conversion

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in sales and lead conversion to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: • Handle inbound lead and discovery calls generated from marketing campaigns; • Conduct short (10–15 minute) sales conversations to qualify and convert leads; • Clearly explain services using scripts and structured messaging; • Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help close deals; • Support onboarding of new customers after conversion; • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates; • Assist with ongoing communication and relationship management; • Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline; • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes; • Ensure data is accurate and organized; • Assist with outreach and follow-up efforts; • Support newsletters and communication when needed; • Contribute to improving and scaling the sales process over time;
