Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur with both professional and personal tasks. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities, from calendar and email management to supporting ongoing projects. A key aspect of the role is helping improve efficiency through the use of AI tools and systems. Responsibilities• Manage and coordinate a busy calendar, including meetings, travel itineraries, and event coordination. • Support email management, prioritization, and organization • Provide administrative support to the executive and team as needed • Support light marketing-related tasks for an additional business venture • Research and implement tools (including AI solutions) to improve productivity • Help organize systems and processes to streamline daily tasks • Handle occasional personal tasks as needed
