We are looking for our next: Warranty & Repair Lead in our Warehouse in Middleton, WI

What the role involves

The Warranty & Repair Lead plays a key role in overseeing processes related to warranty and repair customer orders. This includes managing product returns, allocating workloads, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining communication with both internal and external partners. This role also drives daily metrics reporting and supports the growth and development of team members.

Key responsibilities include:

- Register returns accurately and promptly into databases and work queues
- Lead the team in maintaining precise and timely order fulfillment
- Guide employee training and development- Support suppliers in the return of defective samples for evaluation
- Gather, compile, and present productivity metrics for the department
- Manage inventory of spare parts and repair supplies
- Track and maintain productivity reports and KPIs
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow and uphold compliance policies, reporting any violations as necessary

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented individual who brings:

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Power BI, including report/dashboard creation
- Strong skills in data analysis and KPI identification- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
- Tact and diplomacy when working across teams and with customers
- Ability to perform under guidance with a moderate level of independence
- Comfort in handling both standardized and evolving tasks
- Strong problem-solving mindset; able to address undefined issues as they arise
