Web Growth Manager

We're looking for a Web Growth Manager to help us scale our web business and accelerate subscription growth across global markets. What You'll Do• Own web user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels. • Optimize the entire web funnel—from landing pages and onboarding to checkout, subscription conversion, retention, and LTV. • Monitor and improve key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, and payback. • Work closely with Product, Design, Creative, Data, and Engineering teams to improve website performance and conversion. • Plan and execute A/B tests across landing pages, pricing, paywalls, checkout flows, and creatives. • Identify new acquisition channels, growth opportunities, and international markets.
