Apply NowRole Overview We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Website & Digital Coordinator to manage and continuously improve our website. This role involves updating content, maintaining functionality, supporting event registrations, and tailoring pages to different audience segments. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and tech-savvy, with a strong eye for both content and user experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Website Management -Update website content regularly (pages, articles, visuals, announcements) -Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with ongoing campaigns -Upload and format content in a clean, engaging, and user-friendly way -Monitor website performance and fix basic issues (broken links, layout bugs, etc.) -Coordinate with developers for more technical fixes when required Page Styling & Audience Targeting -Adapt and style website pages to suit specific demographics and audiences -Apply creative thinking to enhance page layouts, visuals, and storytelling -Ensure tone, visuals, and layout align with the intended target group -Optimize pages for engagement, clarity, and ease of navigation Event & Registration Support -Create and manage event pages on the website -Set up and manage registration flows (forms, redirects, confirmations) -Ensure a seamless user journey from landing page to registration -Test and troubleshoot registration processes before launch -Support updates during live campaigns or events when needed Newsletter & Communication -Plan, create, and send quarterly newsletters -Curate content, updates, and highlights for each edition -Ensure newsletters are visually engaging and aligned with brand tone -Manage mailing lists and track basic performance (open rates, clicks) Quality Control & Optimization -Regularly test the website for bugs, speed, and usability -Ensure mobile responsiveness and overall user experience -Suggest creative improvements to enhance engagement and performance
