Arrow Energy is growing! As we expand our operations into the Miles area, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated and capable Wellfield and Facilities Operators and Maintainers across Operations and Maintenance disciplines. Applicants of all experience levels (from developing talent through to senior, highly experienced personnel) are encouraged to apply. 

 

These roles will be based in Dalby, operating on a 15-days on, 13 days-off roster, with work locations varying between Dalby and Miles. Arrow Energy supports residential and DIDO (camp‑based) arrangements—drive in at the start of your roster, stay at camp during your swing, then drive out at the end (depending on role and operational requirements). 

 

Location: Dalby, QLD

Roster: 15 days on / 13 days off

About the Opportunity 

As part of our forward workforce planning, we are building a talent pool of individuals who are keen to be considered as new roles arise as we expand. Opportunities span a range of Wellfield and Facilities Operator and Maintainer skillsets, including (but not limited to) production wellfield operations, compression and gathering systems, process facilities, mechanical maintenance, and electrical and instrumentation (E&I) maintenance.

What We’re Looking For 

While specific requirements will vary by role, we are generally interested in candidates who demonstrate: 

  • A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance, including risk assessments and safe work practices

  • Experience in operations and/or maintenance within oil and gas, energy, mining, utilities, industrial processing or similar environments

  • Exposure to wellfield, compression, water handling, process facilities and/or pipeline operations (as applicable)

  • Trade/technical capability (e.g., Mechanical Fitter, Electrical, Instrumentation) and/or hands-on operational experience

  • Knowledge of permits, isolations (LOTO), start-ups/shutdowns and basic troubleshooting/fault finding

  • Comfort using maintenance and operations systems (e.g., CMMS, work orders, logs, reporting) and a continuous improvement mindset

  • A positive, team-focused attitude, strong communication and the ability to work effectively on a roster

  • Flexibility, reliability and a willingness to learn (we welcome applicants building capability as well as experienced personnel)
