As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by Optimizing planning processes that directly improve delivery performance, reduce lead times, and support Grundfos's mission to pioneer sustainable water solutions worldwide.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets
- Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, and production teams to ensure feasible and balanced supply plans
- Monitor and adjust plans in response to supply disruptions, demand changes, and capacity shifts to maintain service levels
- Drive continuous improvement of planning parameters including safety stocks, lead times, and lot sizes in ERP systems
- Analyze planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory turns, and service levels to identify optimization opportunities
- Participate in S&OP processes by providing supply-side insights and scenario analyses to support decision-making
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to manage complex planning processes in a manufacturing environment. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in master planning, production planning, or supply chain planning within manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of S&OP processes, inventory management, and capacity planning principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
It is a plus if you also:
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)
- Experience with advanced planning tools or supply chain analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
