WordPress Developer (Marketing & Integrations)

Position: WordPress Developer (Marketing & Integrations) Salary : $18–$25/hr  Remote Schedule: Full time - Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM EST  We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to support the development and maintenance of high-performing marketing websites and landing pages. This role focuses on building modular WordPress themes using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and supporting marketing systems through integrations, tracking implementation, and conversion-focused landing pages. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and automation teams to deliver scalable websites and marketing assets that drive lead generation and performance. Responsibilities• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes using ACF flexible content blocks as a modular page builder architecture • Perform routine WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates across our portfolio of client sites • Develop and QA landing pages for paid ad campaigns, ensuring proper form functionality, tracking, and CRM connectivity • Build and configure lead magnet tools including Typeform quizzes, Perspective funnels, chatbots, and similar conversion assets • Set up and manage integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms using webhooks, APIs, and automation tools like Zapier • Implement pixels, conversion tracking, and UTM structures in coordination with the performance marketing team • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma comps into clean, responsive WordPress builds • Support and optimize client sites built on page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, etc.) as needed • Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues across client sites • Use AI tools to accelerate development workflows while maintaining code quality and manual oversight
