Working Student for Purchasing, Sustainability and Supplier Quality Management (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities 

As a Working Student within our Global Electronics Purchasing team, you will support strategic purchasing, sustainability, and supplier quality initiatives while contributing to the digitalization of our processes. 

Purchasing 

  • Support supplier communication and manage supplier questionnaires (EcoVadis, TEMPO).

  • Contribute to annual pricing activities and market price analyses for the electronics commodity.

  • Maintain and update purchasing master data in TEMPO.

  • Assist with supplier contract documentation and administration.

  • Support Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.

  • Contribute to LPP analyses for the global electronics commodity.

Sustainability 

  • Support the implementation of the division roadmap to reduce upstream Scope 3 CO₂ emissions.

  • Assist in the calculation, monitoring, and reporting of upstream Scope 3 emissions.

  • Track suppliers' CO₂ reduction initiatives and sustainability performance.

Supplier Quality Management 

  • Support supplier qualification monitoring, including Supplier Quality Manual and IATF/ISO certification compliance.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supplier Quality Integrated Management System (SQ IMS).

  • Assist in the digitalization and automation of supplier quality processes.

 

 

Your Profile 

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Physics, or a comparable field.

  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different functions and international suppliers.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have knowledge of Power BI.

  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data and process improvements.

  • You are curious, proactive, creative, and eager to learn.

  • You are comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.

  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German, Czech, or Polish is considered an advantage.

  • Working Student position (15-20 hours per week).

  • Flexible working schedule across 2-3 days per week.
