We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the performance and execution of content across multiple high-level personal brand accounts. This isn't a junior role - we need someone with sharp instincts for what works, the confidence to make decisions independently, and the drive to keep content calendars ahead while maintaining a high bar for quality. Here's what you'll be doing: 🎬 Review raw footage after client shoots and select the strongest clips  🎣 Identify hook moments and recommend structure for maximum impact  📅 Manage and populate content calendars across multiple client accounts  📤 Post and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)  ✍️ Write or adapt captions in each client's unique tone of voice  💬 Respond to comments on client accounts with professionalism and authenticity  📊 Track performance and feed insights back to the creative team  🔍 Research trends, competitors, and viral formats in the entrepreneurship space  🎨 Create simple carousels or short-form edits using tools like Canva and CapCut This is a full-time role aligned with UK hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday). Due to the nature of social media and working with high-level founders, there is some unpredictability - occasional weekend work and fast turnarounds come with the territory.  We're looking for someone flexible, responsive, and comfortable operating at pace.
