Position Title:

Yard Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Mixes and packages Company products, maintains inventory levels and assists in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provides for the efficient receiving, marking, and stocking of merchandise; ensures the maintenance and protection of warehouse stocks, supplies, and equipment.
2. Ensures compliance with all state and Federal labeling and shipping laws and regulations on merchandise shipped from warehouse.
3. Maintains and controls the requisitioning of warehouse supply items and equipment.
4. Directs the Company's fire and safety programs for all warehouse employees according to established policy and practice.
5. Inspects and checks warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition.
6. Recommends new methods and procedures in warehouse activities.
7. Cleans and maintains warehouse and equipment
8. Performs trailer washouts and product dilutions at load racks
9. Fills drums/totes at customer locations
10. Performs blending of multiple products (splash blending)
11. Perform customer tank pump outs and material transfers
12. Obtains samples and performs quality control lab tests as necessary
13. Handles customer tank installation and maintenance to include purchasing of tanks, oversight of tank inventory, responding and scheduling work at customer sites.
