Job Description

The successful candidate will be expected to generate and manage partnerships for Russian-speaking regions. The candidate will be responsible for exploring opportunities to grow the business and expanding the brand in the local market.

The successful candidate will develop and grow the partnerships base, strengthen Strategic Partner relationships in the region, and act as a key point of contact for important partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop our client’s business by establishing strong Strategic Partner relationships and partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth.
  • Recruit and introduce new partners to the organization on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain an active partnership pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Approach, source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct business trips to meet partners and present products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to achieve KPIs and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD).
  • Transferable book of business desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of trading platforms (preferably MT4/MT5).
  • Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
  • Native Russian speaker with strong command of English.
