Responsibilities
- Leading annual and quarterly budgeting processes, cost control, data and plan/fact analysis
- Bonus calculation based on performance evaluation results
- Administration of the medical insurance program
- Development and implementation of employee motivation programs
- Maintaining the staffing plan
- Participation in salary surveys and labor market monitoring
- Support of the salary review process
- Maintenance and review of the grading system
- HR reporting on personnel and key metrics (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Providing analytical reports upon management request and participation in HR projects
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Management, or HR
- At least 2 years of experience in C&B (budgeting, grading, bonus programs, salary review)
- Solid expertise in labor legislation
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of grading systems, salary ranges, and KPIs
- Knowledge of SAP and English will be an advantage
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, attention to detail, strong communication skills
