Position: eAnalytics Specialist

Location: São Paulo/SP
Role Summary The eAnalytics Specialist is responsible for ensuring a data-driven eCommerce ecosystem. This role involves technical leadership in translating complex business needs into scalable data solutions, leveraging AI for process agility, and developing high-impact dashboards that empower the entire eCommerce team. You will act as a strategic bridge between commercial needs and technical data architecture.
Main Responsibilities
- Data Integration & Architecture: Map and connect diverse data sources to DOMO using Cloud environments, bridging the gap between commercial requirements and technical solutions.
- Strategic Insights: Translate P&L structures into actionable eCommerce insights and performance metrics, creating strategic tracking dashboards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Operational teams (B2B & B2C), serving as the primary touchpoint for Data and Profitero within the Division.
- Technical Mentorship: Manage and mentor technical team members, ensuring high-quality delivery, professional growth, and execution excellence.
- AI & Automation: Implement AI-driven workflows to increase process agility and automate complex data integrations, reducing manual workload and increasing accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Residency: Must be based in São Paulo/SP.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related analytical fields.
- Language: Intermediate English is mandatory (candidates below this level will be disqualified).
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, DOMO, Snowflake, Git, and Cloud technologies.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of financial metrics (P&L) and their impact on digital retail strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven automation tools.
- Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
