We’ll look to you for:

  • Analyzing electrical defects using the Wire List and electrical schematics
  • Training and integrating new recruits
  • Creating detailed electrical defect reports and ensuring correct repairs
  • Supporting debugging of test programs, if required
  • Ensuring adherence to Golden Rules of Testing
  • Providing on-call support when necessary

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, IT Networks, or similar (DTS, BTS, or DUT)
  • Experience or understanding of electrical testing processes (with or without prior experience)
  • Proficiency in French (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of English (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a 4-shift schedule
