What you’ll do:

This position acts as a strategic business partner to the Systems business unit in providing a comprehensive HR service which covers talent acquisition, people development, performance and change management, labor relations, compensation and benefits .This role also coordinates the implementation of HR projects, initiatives, services, policies and training programs.   
•    Partner with the business in a consultancy capacity and all matters related to people management. 
•    Identifies  training & development programs (including production) with a view to enhance productivity, building internal capabilities & quality
•    Ensure that the HR practices and policies are in line with Eaton Philosophy & Values 
•    Work with the business to manage the performance management process including objective setting, development planning and calibration. Support business to proactively manage poor performers
•    Drive the Employee Survey,  Diversity & Inclusion agendas with the team. 
•    Provide active partnering and support to enable the business unit to operate effectively and ensure the timely identification of issues/trends and the presentation of solutions 
•    Work with the organisation on the delivery of business outcomes
•    Prepare HR KPI reports , support to HR Manager for quarterly HC forecasts
•    Support HR Manager for ISO audits and other audits. 
•    Manage communication and employee engagement activities within Ankara plants; support integration of Eaton processes into local organization
•    Support and lead HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management activities
•    Review legal/ethical cases and questions with internal/external resources and provide guidance to managers
•    Provide expertise and business partnership to managers on site around the topics of workforce planning, performance management and employee relations  
•    Support in the preparation for compliance audits, reviews, surveys
•    Ensure integrity in all HR systems with timely and accurate data entry and frequent audits
•    Responsible for running and creating reports, analyzing information and providing data for the HR Head.
•    Support HR Manager for EBS and OPA projects and actions
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required  / MBA with HR focus or Master of Human Resources preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role

Turkish Speaker Fluent in English.

Demonstrated HR strategic business partner success in organizational development, Analyzing data, Commitment to employee engagement and continuous improvement

Strong employee relations skills with the proven ability to successfully drive change and leadership ownership/accountability

Coaching/facilitation/conflict management skills

Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability

Ability to effectively communicate ideas/thoughts to all levels of the organization

Working knowledge of employment/labor law 

Basic knowledge regarding Finance, economics and commercial issues would be a plus.
